Saving Images with a custom file name

I’m trying to find a way to store my images with a file name that means something.

I’m using google sheets as the data source and the images are currently stored on a shared google drive. The file names are created like this: Tracking Sheet_Images/6.Image.172821.jpg However I would rather them be stored like this: Tracking Sheet_Images/6.Image.172821_First Name_Last Name.jpg or like this: Tracking Sheet_Images/6.Image.172821_[ComputedName].jpg

Can anyone provide the step-by-step instructions on how to do this?
