I work for a large organisation and the back end content to ours apps are stored on a SharePoint site.
Selecting the correct site to drill-down to the contents folders is a long-winded job, mainly due to the quantity of SharePoint sites we have within our organisation. Having a text field to search for a string within your SharePoint site name would speed this process up massively.
