Searching alternative string

If I have several IDs of items that can be alternatives.

Example: A16B-1000-458 is alternative of
A16B-2000-555 .

Is it possible to run search on list of IDs and the result will be : A16B-1000-458
A16B-2000-555

                     ?

You could make the ID column searchable and search for “A16B”. That should return rows with ID A16B-1000-458 and A16B-2000-555.
