Securing PDF Files With Automatically Generated Passwords

Hi,

Is there a way we can secure a PDF attachment with a password? We do have this use case where in an email will be sent to the recipient, with pdf attachment. And we would like the user to input a password (e,g date of birth + last name) if he tries to open the attachment. Thanks!
