Select multiple rows using shift key

Allow using the shift key to check multiple rows in the inline edit mode of the table view:

Expected behaviour is to be consistent with the Gmail checkbox selection:

I agree, for now seems that is missing. This feature would be critical to perform single actions in multiple data (rows) and/or bulk actions in said data.
