Select Photo Source

Hello, I installed app in one of my client Android phone, using “Open in Browser”, when he want to take picture, it will open directly the camera to Take the Picture, it will not open window to select the source of the pictures. The client want to use his pictures gallery but couldn’t. please advise. Thanks

Turn on Allow upload from gallery.

Thank you for your quick reply. I checked, it is already turn ON. Also, using the same application in my smart phone and other smart phone, it open the window to choose the picture source, but in my client smart phone it doesn’t.

The. It is obviously because of mobile and app setting. My phone is iPhone . Not android but should have same setting per app.

Go to appsheet app on mobile and select all ?

Most likely his mobile is set to none for the same or similar settings.
