Previously, when I generated a new entry, an email would send automatically, but now it requires me to go back into the entry and press ‘send report’
How do I fix it to send the report again automatically after an update?
I will attach some relevant images of the workflow etc.

Set the Send Report action to yours form’s Form Saved Action
Sorry, can you clarify this a tad please (where is ‘Form Saved Action’?)
Check it out in UX > Form Name and expand details
