Send an email task limited per Parent entry

Hi, this time my job requires me to limit the task “send an email report” per day cause we have a lot of employees sending a lots of emails per day.

In my app i have an action that shoot up the bot for send an email.

is any way possible to make the Action button “send report” only allow 1 entry per parent record?

I think about a slice or something that hides the “Action button” when [related reports] is updated by the same button (action button for send an email)
