Send different color | icon - based on the result/value?

How can i send a different icon | color in my email - based on the result/value?

I have a workflow rule - sends email. In the email there is a column [Results]. I want an icon or color sent based on the value of [Results] - two options:

Positive
Negative

I think you can use IF in your template with two different formatting options.

Yes that’s how it’s doable… or with the normal IFS().
