Hi, I am currently using Appsheet to create an observation form app for the school I work at. I want to be able to send a copy of what I filled out to the teacher I observed. Is this possible? How can I do this?

At the moment this is only possible using a workflow rather than an action button. Action buttons can only be used to start an email, in which case it opens your email program that you would compose an email in and then still need to click the send button in your email program.

Sending Email from a Workflow Rule or Scheduled Report

A Workflow Rule can send email when data changes. A Scheduled Report can send email on a schedule you specify.
