Send email workflow

Trying to create a workflow to send an email when ‘all changes’ are made.

However the email I am using has a ‘-’ in it, and when i press save i get an error message, saying expression invalid. Anyone know anyway around it?

Have not had an issues when adding the same email address as a user, only when using it for the workflow.

Sorry, just solved it. Need to put the email address in " ".
