Send Scheduled Report to All App Users

I currently have a Scheduled Report that sends a Notification to users when a condition is met. But, this only works with the list of email addresses that I have. Is there a way to define the “To” field in the Send Notification Task to specify all users of the app or at least all users that are part of my domain email? Thanks!
