Sending a Regular Generic App Notification

Hi everyone,

I would like for an app I have to send an automatic app notification to certain users each work day (Mon-Fri) at 9:00 a.m. to remind them to complete a form (a link to the form UX in the notification). How can I do this?

Also you need to be on Pro licensing
