Sending text message help

I built a worflow to send out an SMS, but this is what is written in the log.
Warning: No SMS was sent because SMS is not supported for the ‘PUBLISHER_PRO’ pricing plan when using the AppSheet Twilio account.

Does this mean I need a separate twillio account? Or what pricing plan do I need to be on to make it function?

We use a company called SMSBroadcast.co.uk and use a Workflow webhook to them to send the SMS’s
