Shopping cart style Slice for shipping to multiple locations

So I think I have my app complete, that is until the boss wants more changes.

The newest one is a ‘shopping cart’. Essentually if we make 7 pallets of the same product he wants to be able to designate which pallet goes on which truck. I know I am just over thinking this but is there a way to A) add multiple rows of the same data using ref and workflow B) be able to select a quantity from all available.

Im going to guess he is going to want a ‘hide’ function in there once the item has been selected.

Is this even possible? and is it able to auto populate?
