Show if next column if previous all items in previous enamelist not selected

Hi just trying to use “show if” on the following column if the previous column being an enumlist based on a valid if from a table, if not all items are selected?

Lets say there are potentially 6 items. So something like

COUNT([ENUMLIST Column])=6
