Showing a score card - with percentages - it adds two digits place?

I have a table:

I am using this table to show a view (Score Card) with percentages. The values in the table represent percentages. In my view I used “card” with Layout - “List”. It adds two digits to the end of each value from my table. This makes the percentages wrong:

Your values in your spreadsheet aren’t percentage values. They’re whole numbers.

A Percent value is a Decimal value between 0.0 and 1.0, inclusive.
