Simple PDF Exportable Report e.g. PO, Manifest, Invoice, Challan, Note, Memo

Hi AppSheet, Can we have the Features set of Exportable PDF Report, Generate a Report. So we can Print it on a Company Letter Head. (Purchase Order etc.)

Yes, you can do this with a workflow rule with the Save File action

But the workflow has to be triggered by an add, update, or delete. It can not be triggered by an action button?

You can set it up to be executed by an action button. It is just a little convoluted. The button would cause a “control” row to be updated or added. And then you have a workflow rule that reacts to that “control info” change and generates the PDF

• adding some actions into the mix, to handle all the data changes; and
• a workflow to be triggered.
