Single Form to Write from Multiple Data Source

Appsheet has been gaining the reputation of being the fastest growing No-code app development platform. I wonder if this request would be possible:

A single form that writes to multiple tables. Currently, each table has its own form, and to edit an existing row or add a new row to another table, you need to open a new form.

From the said request, a user can open just one form to edit/add several tables. We developers then can take advantage of the Database Normalization Techniques while enjoying the convenience of No-code app development.

Same thought. I hope this will reach Appsheet

It did, as with every other feature requests.
Have you explored using the new action: Add new row to another table using values from this row?
I realize it doesn’t exactly give you what you want but it should let you create records in other tables (i.e say some dimension tables) at the same time as you update the main table (i.e. fact table)

Hi @TDhers

Yes we have been using the action. It is quite useful.
