SMS does not work

I set up SMS in the “workflow” so my employees can get notice when they submit the forms (since there will be change in the database." However, the SMS works only when we press the “test” button and will not work in the real life. What should we do?

First, double check the trigger criteria to make sure the Workflow will get executed as expected.

Second, check for any reported errors. You do this by opening the Workflow and clicking on the Log button. This provides a report. Look at the list for an occurrence of your problem Workflow where its run condition is true. If its in red color then there was an error and you’ll want to click on the binoculars to see what the error message was. If all green, then there was no error BUT you need to make sure there was an attempt to actually execute the Workflow
