SMS verification code sending

Hi friends,
I need my survey app has a feature such as sending a automatically generated 4 digit verification code via SMS to a person who answers the survey questions. The purpose of doing this is to make sure he/she is a real individual and the app users who are executing the surveys are not attending to collect fake survey forms.
Can anyone support me how I can add this feature?

Basically:

  1. Generate and store the code in a hidden column in a record that the same user can come back to.
  2. Run an SMS workflow to send that code.
  3. Give the user a view where they can enter the received code in another column, for it to be matched with the hidden code.
