Sms workflow to return location

I want to be able to send a sms to a phone number of someone who is not an app user and have a link in the sms that returns the person’s location to my app. Is that possible?

Its not a public app.
The idea behind it is to get clients who report an incident ( not via an app, rather by phone call ) send back their correct gps location for a technician to arrive at their location.

Maybe you could do this with the Zapier. When a SMS is sent to your phone number, it could contain the location as well and then you could save that data to your source spreadsheet. I don’t know if that kind of receipt does exists, but it could work in that way.
