Snapshot of view is not working properly

I have created one report workflow which takes snapshot of my “Today Analysis” view and send me link of jpg image to my mail… But instead of that view I get “synch app” snapshot.

IT TAKES 10 TO 15 SECONDS TO SYNC WHOLE APP. MY EVERY REPORT COMES AS THIS ERROR
