Sorting error

Sorting error; I’ve requested a sort by “Learner” and AppSheet is sorting by “Class” then “Learner”. Why?

I’ll try to provide screen shots. First, let me say, that I created two Views, one to sort by Learner and it’s sorting by Class then Learner. I’m a HS Math Teacher. Another View I want sorted by Standard and the app is not sorting by Standard when S appears, then C, then W.

What is “by Standard”?

I think “HS” is for “high school.”

Yes, HS indicates High School.

Both of these screen shots show that the “Learner” sorted View is NOT in Learner order and the “Standard” sorted View is NOT in Standard order.

I have had problems with sort when I did not use the correct browser link. Instead of copying and pasting the link from the editor into the bookmark tab, I dragged the link right from my browser and dropped it into the bookmark tab, which messed up my sort on browser. Is this a possibility?
