Specify File Name with upload image/file

When we create a file through a webhook, we have the capability of programmatically specifying the NAME of the file:

Yet this capability is not passed through into the Image and File column types

• The best we have is the ability to folderize things
  
  

It would really helpful if we could specify the names of files (and images) as we can with workflow files, thereby preventing things like this from happening:
