Specify the Form for a New Item of a Ref Type

Is there a way in which I can specify the form I want to use when I select a New item of a Ref Type please?

If I understood your question correctly, that won’t be possible because when you choose the ref field, you also choose the ref table and it’s not a dynamic choice.

Action1: Opens Form1

If this condition is true: Some condition to open form 1

Do this: App: go to another view within this app

Target: “#view=Form1”

Prominence: Do not display

Action2: Opens Form2

If this condition is true: Done condition to open form 2

Do this: App: go to another view within this app

Target: “#view=Form2”

Prominence: Do not display

Action3: Combine Action1 & Action2

Do this: Grouped: execute a sequence of actions

Actions: Action1 + Action2

And in UX view under Behaviour

Row selected: Combined action
