Stable version during prototype development

I use txt file stored in cloud for keeping the history of version numbers that looks stable. This make the restoration faster if I’m doing something wrong or need to try something new.

Any other choice?

I’m not sure what you’re asking about. There IS a stable version element you can use in the editor… but I think you’re asking something else.

Another option would be to create a “Working Copy” of the app, one that you use for development purposes to maintain a separation from prototype and working app.

Once you’re ready for an update, use the App Update feature to copy your working app onto the production one.
