Stable version is removed for an existing app

Hi Team,

Want to check on a scenario i faced recently.

I have developed an app and had set the stable version since january. Over the time, i have developed modules and upgraded the stable version. But i observed today that the app does not have a stable version set.

Is there a reason why the stable version of the app has been removed and my customers are seeing all latest changes.
