Start with About option not being honored by Preview?

Anything I could be missing here? With the “Start with About” option set to ON, the preview on the right just shows the “Starting view” after each sync. I’m almost positive I saw this work in the Preview only a few weeks ago when testing it out.

I did try Ctrl-F5 refresh and clearing browser data (Cookies and other site data + Cached images and files).

I believe Start with About only presents the About page when the app is loaded, not when the app is brought back into the foreground or when synced. I’m not sure how that would affect the emulator.

Thanks, Steve. If anyone is aware of a way to simulate the Start with About experience in the preview emulator, I’d be interested to know.
