Stuck on Analysing the Form

Hi,

New to Appsheet, have built a google form and when I run the app I get stuck on Analysing the form and it wont go any further, am I doing something wrong?

I suppose worth asking: do you have any ad-blocking software that might be interfering? Is JavaScript enabled on all sites? Are cookies enabled on all sites?

No Ad-Blocker and yes cookies and Java enabled, thanks for checking though!
