I Sum Total points with two column which contain same Email ID

Team 1 Datatype ref
Team 2 Datatype ref
Point team 1 Datatype number
Point team 2 Datatype number

I need to sum the point team 1 column where Email ID is same in Team 1 and Team 2
Get result in another column Overall Points
eg:
I need result ,abcd@gmail.com has points in Point Team 1 as 11,Point Team 2 as 21
In overall Points —>31

Please help me with the expression to get this
