Switch users on mobile

Hi all, is there a way to easily be able to switch between users on a mobile device.
I have my regular app login and then I have a demo version with dummy content.
I’ve logged out as myself and logged in as the demo user.
But now when I go to log in I click on the google sign in authentication and it automatically logs me in as the demo user instead of myself.

I imagine I have to clear my cache somehow.
But in future I want to be able to switch back and forth easily.
