Sync after changes is too slow

Hi,

When i start using appsheet for inventory management the sync after every update was very fast.
Now after there are 500 items in the inventory, the sync is very slow. Some times its taking 5 minutes.
Please advise how can I fix this?

Which data source are you using ? Google spreadsheet?

Using spreadsheet.
today slowness suddanly disappeared . Don’t know how.
How to promise this speed for any case?
