Sync time 30 min' long

Hi Guys,
How, if any, sync time can be solved (between 2 apps not. in DB) - I found this to be the dealbreaker for using AppSheet for me.
my use case is using it for inspection and quality process while integrating it with Smartsheet. I need that changes in records will happen no longer than 2,3 minutes for both devices, but it seems that mobile to mobile changes only happens after 30 min’
is there any way to solve this issue?

thanks @Steve , I read it. but it doesn’t really help
after talking to support as well they said it won’t be less than 30 min’
unless there are creative ways to bypass it or get around it

AppSheet is not a continuously-connected platform, so there is no way to prompt a sync except by user interaction or by waiting for the automatic 30-minute sync. If the user makes any data change and the device is online and Automatic updates is enabled, the app data will sync automatically within just a few moments.

the changes will happen in the DB but the problem is that the user that need to see the record won’t see it unless he refreshes the app
so basically that requires the user to click sync every time to see if there are any new records

Correct. You might be able to use the new Automation system to monitor the database for changes, and to react to any changes by sending a (push/SMS/email) notification to users prompting them to sync. Or your database could use the AppSheet API to send that notification.
