Hi,

The app is still not deployed yet, so I am not sure if it is related to that.

The tab for the form, sometimes working, sometimes it messed up. When it messed up the questions only show on Page 1 and the other tabs are blank.

Edit: I noticed it seems only messed up in the slices.
