Table view column header

Why is it that column headers of referenced tables are right alinged.
Is there a way to fix this.

Alternatively when I switch off column headers then my columns are truncated.
Is there a way to fix that.

Please assist?

Mine also seems right aligned, but could you provide a screen shoot for the issue, maybe its because of the selection Column-Width: wide ?
