Tablets support

Did the apps maked have support for tablet devices?Specifically iPads, because when i test the app that i´m making in my iphone it works great, but when i use it on my ipad it hads problems with sync up (Both of them hav the same software version). If in deed have support por iPads, any recomendation to fix it please.

Your app should work in both devices. What is the error message you are receiving?

There´s no error message, just that it can be charging all day (We leave it 30 minutes charging) and doesnt do anything

Is it possible that the memory is full or almost full in that iPad? What is your iOS version?

I’ve got Appsheet running in loads of iPads without issue. So its probably an issue with that device specifically. Like Alexsi, assuming its not faulty, I’d suggest looking at the amount of space available
