Hi. Does any one know how to put a specific template for text within a text column on a form based on a decision from another column?

Not sure about your terminology here: an AppSheet template cannot be used in a column value. Can you clarify your request?

Thanks for the help. Let me try again. Is it possible to have some predetermined text based on a choice from another column that might require a small amount of editing from the user ? So pre-populated text boxes that are editable based on another columns entry?

Maybe you could look at Initial values or Suggested values.
