Is it possible to put the different background colour rather than being in grey out always?

Looking into past blog, it was said such function would be introduced, but i m not sure if this exists or not. If it does, how can we configure the format rule ?

Have you tried to add a format rule (background color for example)?

I just tried a format rule and changed highlight colour . Yes , background colour of text icon changed over to selected colour! Thanks for your help.
