The icon of my application is different from the one I chose once it is installed

I have a whitelabel app in Google Play Store, when I created my app I had another icon. I changed the icon a while ago for a new one in Appsheet and store listing (Google Play Console), but once the app is installed it has the old icon. I updated the app from appsheet but the problem continues.
