The Scandit dosen't is activated

Hello every one,

I have a problem with the QR code scan.

On my client’s phone (android), when he activates the scan, it can be seen that Scandit is not activated, only the box is seen but the Scandit legend is not seen in the lower right part of the box.

How can I solve this detail?
