This question may have been asked before but here I go - if you set up a gallery view menu using icons with sub menus also using gallery view and icons, is there a possibility to hide the menus in the hamburger menu that are used in the gallery view so that the hamburger menu is not cluttered with un-necessary menus ?

Yes, you could hide a view from menu by setting its position to Ref; however I did not exactly understand what you meant by:
