Timesheet job wise calculation

Hi i am creating a Time sheet application where i want the user to clock in and as it is for a construction business the time calculation of project wise very important.
If a user while clock in select the job/project number the time sheet should auto update that duration of work under that particular project.
Please help me to set it out…
