Tour guide voice activated map

Hi there I’m new to this normal guy & not good in computer.

I’m a tour guide I’m my country & would like to create a location voice activated tour.

Can someone guide me please.

Wt ill need

1. Map
2. Upload recording of tour about 5min max
3. Location plot or area using polygon shape or circle
4. The recorded play can play till finish & at the located boundary.
