It was because my account was a Dropbox sign-in, and all the data was on Goggle drive and it did not pick up the local Application path.
I created a new account using Google sign-in.
I set the default application path in the account settings.
Then it worked after transferring to my other account.
The dropbox account was just a test a few months ago, when I did not understand how it all worked.
