Two tables list child in one PDF

Hi,
I have two tables: parent table Main , child table Clients

In parent table(Main) I have columns : Departure Date, Arrival Date , Seal number for the truck Unit1 , Unit2.

In child table list(Clients) list of item ( item name , weight …)

My goal is to make one pre-alert PDF( one destination but delivery for to two deferent location,Unit1, Unit2 ) for the driver and send email with the same pre-alert to the to who receive the goods. I can manage to make one PDF for each unit with all the details ,for that I did this on the template. Please find below

The purpose is that I want to make one PDF containing list table Unit1 and list table Unit2

Please any idea to achieve this?
