Hi, I have 4 deployed apps that are tagged as Personal, yet the error still shows up. Any possible reason why this is the case?

As far as I know Personal apps are only allowed 1 user.

If you read all the post about app blocked. You have an issue here of poor pricing plan explanation and bad customer support.
