Unable to search

The search option doesnt work correctly.
Below is the screenshot of the window where i am trying to search the record starting with “30”

The result is as under. It doesnt show the required result.

Please advise.

my hunch is your searching a Ref type column. So its actually search the key ID rather than the name

You are right. Its a Ref type column but it should search the values the users is seeing and not the key.

You might then need to create another column which stores the name
