Unable to synchronise users with previous versions

Some users are not able to synchronise their information because apparently they have a previous version. Appsheet shows a message indicating the users to RESET all changes and to update to the newest version. However, the problem is that the information contained in their app pending to be synchronise is worth tens of thousands of dollars, which we cannot afford to lose.

We have looked into the APPSHEET support center, forums, and we havenโ€™t been able to find anything.

If we try to go back to the version that one of our users has for example if we have version V244 and the user has V208, the system automatically takes V208 and converts it in the newest version as V245. Which means that the user still canโ€™t synchronise his pending data.
