Unique users in app

Hi,
I m building a app which is not yet deployed. I gave access to 10 people in the app, then removed one employee who left the company and added another employee. However, appsheet is considering it as me having 11 unique users, while in reality I removed one email id access and added another (so technically it is 10 people only). Due to this issue, my account is showing a warning sign. How to resolve that warning sign ?

AppSheet counts the licenced usage during the invoicing period of 30 day when you initially started it accross distinct emails logging in. If your employee who had left the company during the active invoicing period and you have added another white-listed user, though you have removed that employee from the white-list, the back-end log will see that 11 distinct emails are logging into the app.
